A form to be signed by a taxing jurisdiction stating that it will not file a lien. This form is typically needed when real estate is sold by an estate.

Example:The executor of a large estate was selling a house and land. Using IRS Form 4422, she secured a waiver of tax lien to assure the buyer of clear title.
